These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and appkiss ("appkiss", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://appkiss.cam ("Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a player account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in MYR, excluding locked bonus funds.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward granted by appkiss subject to promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals can be processed.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the appkiss website, mobile application, and all associated services accessible via https://appkiss.cam.
• "RTP" means Return to Player — the theoretical long-term percentage of wagered funds returned to players by a specific game.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated winings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which the use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on appkiss, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum — no exceptions.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
3. You are not a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Territory in which online gambling is illegal.
4. You do not hold an existing Account on the Platform. Only one Account person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account terminated by appkiss for policy violation.
6. You are of sound mental capacity and are not acting under duress or compulsion when registering or placing wagers.

appkiss reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension and witholding of withdrawals pending review.

To access the full range of appkiss services, you must register a player Account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.

You are required to maintain the accuracy of your Account information. Any material change — including a change of residential address, payment method, or contact details — must be updated promptly via your Account settings or by contacting our support team.

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality and security of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person. appkiss will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

appkiss reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that:

• The information provided during registration is false, misleading, or incomplete.
• The Account is being operated by or on behalf of a third party.
• The Account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• The Account holder is located in a Prohibited Territory.

All transactions on appkiss are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• Instant Banking: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PB e, Hong Leong Connect
• eWalets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC-20), BNB (BEP-20)

Minimum deposit: RM50 for all local banking and eWallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits have a minimum equivalent of MYR 30.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 to 60 minutes for verified accounts using eWallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours. appkiss processes withdrawals seven days a week, including weekends and Malaysian public holidays.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, Players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification (MyKad or passport) and proof of address. KYC verification is a one-time requirement for new accounts and is typically completed within a few hours.

Funds deposited via cryptocurrency are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt. Exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal are the Player's responsibility. appkiss does not guarantee exchange rate parity.

appkiss offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual promotion terms:

1. Wagering Requirements: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. As a general guide, deposit match bonuses carry a 20x to 30x rollover requirement.
2. Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo) may contribute at a reduced rate. Sports betting contributions vary by market and are detailed individual promotion terms.
3. Validity Period: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically. No extension of validity periods will be granted.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the relevant promotion terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: appkiss reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate Accounts, where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-accounting, use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional conditions.

The VIP loyalty programme operates under a separate tier structure detailed on the appkiss Platform. VIP cashback rates, birthday bonuses, and tier-matching benefits are subject to review and may be amended at appkiss's discretion with reasonable notice to affected Players.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagers placed on the appkiss Platform:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. appkiss does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers.
• In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or human error resulting in incorrect odds or payouts being displayed, appkiss reserves the right to void affected wagers and restore Account balances to their pre-wager state.
• Live (in-play) betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Champions League, and UFC events — are subject to rapid odds changes. appkiss shall not be liable for delays in bet acceptance caused by network latency or market suspension.
• Sports event results are determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA for football, UFC for mixed martial arts). appkiss will settle markets in accordance with official results as published by the relevant governing body.
• appkiss reserves the right to restrict maximum bet amounts, limit winings, or restrict access to specific markets for any individual Account at its discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). All RTP figures published on the Platform are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific results for individual gaming sessions.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the appkiss Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in relation to any game or event offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or technical glitches in the Platform software for financial gain.
• Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory via a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing appkiss staff or other Platform users in any communication channel.

appkiss is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a mandatory24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or automatic session timeouts to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may temporarily suspend their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the Platform may request self-exclusion at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the stated period and will be processed within 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from appkiss is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, appkiss shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond appkiss's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform for decision-making purposes.
• Gambling losses incurred through normal Platform use.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. appkiss makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the fitness of its services for any particular purpose.

You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining Balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated payment method within 5 business days.

appkiss reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, detection of fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by appkiss in its sole discretion.

Where an Account is terminated by appkiss due to a Policy violation, any remaining Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part at appkiss's discretion, and the Player will be notified in writing of the reasons for termination to the extent permissible by law.

appkiss reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amendment takes effect.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current Terms became effective. Earlier versions of these Terms may be requested from our support team for reference purposes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which appkiss holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with appkiss. Dispute resolution requests should be submitted in writing to our support team at the contact address below. appkiss will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within 28 days.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
